## Role Qualification Example C4 – Leader

Leader (C4) is the fourth Role within the Connect Referral Program.

To qualify as Leader, a Member must achieve **120,000 VP** in team volume while developing at least **3 direct lines**.

#### ✅ Scenario 1 – Qualified

**Qualified as Leader (C4)**

The required 120,000 VP has been achieved and no direct line exceeds the 35% limit.

#### ✅ Scenario 2 – Qualified

**Qualified as Leader (C4)**

Team volume may be distributed across more than the minimum required number of direct lines.

#### ❌ Scenario 3 – Not Qualified

**Not Qualified as Leader (C4)**

Although the total volume is 120,000 VP, a maximum of 42,000 VP may be counted from any one direct line. The excess volume above the limit cannot be used toward Leader qualification.

### 💡 Important Rule

For Leader (C4), no single direct line may contribute more than **35%** of the required qualification volume.

A minimum of **3 direct lines** is required for qualification. Additional direct lines are always permitted and may contribute toward qualification volume.

Role qualifications are evaluated on a weekly basis (Monday to Sunday). Qualified Roles are updated every Monday based on the completed weekly qualification period.
