* EMP Agreement
* Compensation structures
* Referral systems
* Marketing policies
* Risk Warning documentation

By participating in referral or promotional activities, Users acknowledge and agree to this Disclaimer.

## 1. PURPOSE OF THE REFERRAL PROGRAM

The CONNECT referral environment is intended solely as a:

* customer-acquisition framework
* promotional system
* ambassador environment
* community-growth structure
* referral-reward program connected to products and services

The referral environment is designed to support promotion of:

* software licenses
* educational systems
* digital-access environments
* marketplace functionality

Participation in referral activities is entirely optional.

Users may access products and services without participating in referral activities.

Prohibited examples include:

Unauthorized claims may result in:

* suspension

* account termination
