The purpose of this Risk Warning is to outline the potential operational, technological, commercial, digital, referral-related, and blockchain-related risks associated with: * use of the Platform * participation in referral activities * use of software licenses * access to educational systems * interaction with third-party products or services * use of blockchain-connected technologies * participation in digital ecosystems By accessing or using the Platform, Users acknowledge and accept the risks described herein. ## 1. GENERAL PLATFORM RISKS CONNECT operates as a: * technology ecosystem * software-access platform * educational environment * digital marketplace * customer-acquisition framework * social-commerce environment Use of technology platforms and online services inherently involves operational risks including: * service interruptions * software malfunctions * infrastructure failures * cybersecurity incidents * internet outages * third-party dependency * regulatory changes * operational disruptions CONNECT does not guarantee: * uninterrupted access * operational continuity * system availability * platform compatibility * financial outcomes * commercial success ## 2. NO FINANCIAL OR INVESTMENT SERVICES CONNECT is not: * a bank * financial institution * securities issuer * investment platform * collective investment scheme * financial-advisory service * virtual asset service provider * deposit-taking institution Nothing within the Platform constitutes: * investment advice * financial advice * legal advice * tax advice * securities offerings * guaranteed returns * passive-income guarantees * regulated financial promotion Users remain solely responsible for conducting independent due diligence and obtaining professional advice where appropriate. ## 3. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS & SERVICES CONNECT may facilitate access to products or services provided by independent: * Product Partners * Service Partners * software providers * infrastructure providers * payment processors * blockchain systems * marketplace integrations * technology-service providers CONNECT does not own, manage, control, or operate such third-party services unless expressly stated otherwise. Any: * disputes * operational failures * losses * interruptions * delays * restrictions * service issues associated with third-party providers remain the responsibility of the applicable third party.
