These Terms govern your access to and use of the Connect platform, ecosystem environments, software systems, referral infrastructure, educational environments, marketplace functionality, and all related services provided through the Platform (“Services”). By registering for, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and all supplementary documents referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and Services. Where translated versions of these Terms exist, the English version shall prevail in the event of inconsistency. ## General Disclaimer Connect Marketing FZE operates as a technology-enabled marketing, referral infrastructure, educational-access, and digital platform environment. The Platform facilitates access to products and services offered by independent Product Partners and Service Partners. #### Connect Marketing FZE provides: * marketing systems * referral infrastructure * educational environments * social networking functionality * digital-access tools * promotional frameworks * marketplace-access environments #### Connect Marketing FZE does not: * provide investment services * provide financial advisory services * conduct trading or arbitrage * operate as a virtual asset service provider * hold customer funds or digital assets * provide custodial wallet services * operate exchanges between fiat and digital assets All products and services accessible through the Platform are delivered directly by independent Product Partners or Service Partners. Users should independently review all applicable risks, disclosures, and third-party terms before engaging with any product or service. ## 1. About Connect Marketing FZE #### 1.1 Connect Marketing FZE operates marketing systems, referral infrastructure, educational-access environments, and community-based promotional frameworks. #### 1.2 Users may choose to participate in the External Marketing Promoters (“EMP”) Program under which eligible Users may receive promotional commissions, referral incentives, or customer-acquisition rewards in accordance with the applicable Referral Rewards Program. #### 1.3 EMPs act solely as independent promoters and must comply with all applicable agreements, policies, and compliance requirements. #### 1.4 Connect Marketing FZE provides marketing systems and referral infrastructure only. All products and services are provided directly by independent Product Partners or Service Partners. #### 1.5 Connect Marketing FZE is not a provider of virtual asset services and does not: * hold or safeguard customer funds or digital assets * conduct trading, staking, or arbitrage activities * operate custodial wallet services * exchange fiat currencies for digital assets * exchange digital assets for fiat currencies * operate digital-asset exchanges #### 1.6 The Company’s role is limited to providing compliant referral structures, digital-access environments, educational systems, and marketing-related infrastructure. ## 2. Terms & Supplementary Documents #### 2.1 These Terms together with supplementary documents form the entire agreement between Users and Connect Marketing FZE. #### 2.2 Supplementary documents may include: * Privacy Policy * Cookie Policy * Risk Warning * Income Disclaimer * EMP Agreement * Community Guidelines * AML/KYC Policies * Copyright Policy #### 2.3 Connect Marketing FZE reserves the right to modify these Terms or supplementary documents at any time. Continued use of the Platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. ## 3. Eligibility #### 3.1 Users must: * be at least 18 years old * possess legal capacity to enter binding agreements * comply with applicable laws and regulations #### 3.2 Legal entities using the Platform must be properly organized and authorized under applicable law. #### 3.3 Access may vary by jurisdiction. Connect Marketing FZE reserves the right to restrict or deny access in certain jurisdictions. #### 3.4 Users may not use VPNs, false identities, or misleading information to bypass restrictions or compliance requirements. #### 3.5 Users are solely responsible for ensuring that access to Products or Services is lawful within their jurisdiction. ## 4. Community Standards Users agree to: * treat others respectfully * communicate honestly * avoid misleading conduct * comply with laws and regulations * use only approved marketing materials * avoid harassment, abuse, or defamatory conduct Connect Marketing FZE may suspend or terminate Users violating these standards. ## 5. Account Registration #### 5.1 Users must complete registration procedures to access certain Services. #### 5.2 Registration may require: * personal information * email verification * identity verification (KYC) * policy acceptance #### 5.3 Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, shared, or operated on behalf of another person without authorization. #### 5.4 The Company reserves the right to: * reject registrations * suspend accounts * terminate access * request additional verification * restrict functionality ## 5A. No Guaranteed Earnings Connect Marketing FZE does not guarantee: * income * profits * financial success * referral rewards * compensation outcomes Any examples, illustrations, or hypothetical earnings references are provided solely for informational purposes and do not represent guarantees of actual results. Results vary depending on: * individual effort * product activity * customer acquisition * market conditions * operational participation ## 6. Product Partners & Service Partners #### 6.1 Products and services accessible through the Platform are provided directly by Product Partners or Service Partners. #### 6.2 Connect Marketing FZE does not guarantee: * availability * performance * functionality * accuracy * profitability of third-party services #### 6.3 Third-party websites and services operate under their own terms and policies. Users are responsible for reviewing and accepting such third-party terms independently. ## 7. Referral & EMP Rules #### 7.1 Participation in referral environments is voluntary. #### 7.2 Referral incentives are intended to remain connected to legitimate product and service activity. #### 7.3 Users and EMPs may not: * create fake accounts * engage in artificial purchasing * manipulate referral structures * generate non-genuine activity * participate solely for recruitment-based rewards #### 7.4 Connect Marketing FZE reserves the right to: * reverse rewards * freeze commissions * investigate suspicious activity * suspend accounts * terminate participation ## 8. Independent Contractor Status EMPs operate as independent promoters. Nothing within these Terms creates: * employment relationships * agency relationships * partnerships * joint ventures EMPs remain solely responsible for: * taxes * local compliance * marketing conduct * legal obligations * income reporting ## 9. Intellectual Property #### 9.1 All Platform content including: * branding * logos * software * graphics * videos * educational materials * systems * technology * marketing materials remain the exclusive property of Connect Marketing FZE or respective rights holders. #### 9.2 Users may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, or commercially exploit intellectual property without prior written authorization. #### 9.3 Unauthorized use may result in: * account termination * legal action * claims for damages ## 10. Blockchain & Digital Asset Risks Certain Services may involve: * blockchain integrations * wallet connectivity * digital assets * smart-contract environments Users acknowledge risks including: * market volatility * irreversible transactions * wallet-security risks * smart-contract risks * third-party network failures Connect Marketing FZE does not guarantee: * token value * liquidity * digital-asset performance * blockchain functionality ## 11. Payments #### 11.1 Certain Services require payment. #### 11.2 Payments may involve third-party payment processors or licensed payment-service providers. #### 11.3 The Company reserves the right to: * reject transactions * delay processing * conduct reviews * request verification * restrict suspicious activity ## 12. Indemnity Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Connect Marketing FZE and its officers, affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from: * violations of these Terms * unlawful conduct * misuse of Services * intellectual property infringement * third-party disputes ## 13. Limitation of Liability Use of the Platform is voluntary and at the User’s own risk. Services are provided: * “AS IS” * “AS AVAILABLE” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connect Marketing FZE shall not be liable for: * indirect damages * lost profits * data loss * business interruption * third-party failures * blockchain disruptions * payment-provider disruptions ## 14. Modifications Connect Marketing FZE may: * modify Services * discontinue features * limit access * change operational functionality at any time without prior notice. ## 15. Termination #### 15.1 Users may terminate participation at any time. #### 15.2 Connect Marketing FZE may suspend or terminate accounts for: * policy violations * compliance concerns * fraud risks * operational misuse * legal requirements #### 15.3 Upon termination: * Users must cease use of intellectual property * access rights terminate immediately * eligible compliant rewards may remain payable subject to review ## 16. Force Majeure Connect Marketing FZE shall not be liable for failures or delays caused by events outside reasonable control including: * natural disasters * cyber-attacks * infrastructure outages * regulatory actions * war * labor disruptions * third-party provider failures ## 17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction #### 17.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. #### 17.2 Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates unless otherwise required by mandatory law. #### 17.3 Users agree not to initiate representative or class-action proceedings to the maximum extent permitted by law. ## 18.
