# Cancun Global Summit 2026

The Cancun Global Summit 2026 will take place at the Cancun Center from **12–15 November 2026**.

Participants can purchase one of three admission ticket categories depending on their preferred event experience. Qualified C7–C10 participants may also be eligible for complimentary Premium Admission Tickets and additional travel benefits, subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions.

### 📋 Eligibility & Conditions

* Eligibility is determined exclusively by the Company based on the applicable qualification criteria.
* Participation must be confirmed no later than **1 November 2026**.
* Hotel accommodation is provided only for the official event dates.
* Accommodation is based on standard room allocation.
* Room arrangements and occupancy will be communicated directly to qualified participants.
* Airport transfers are provided only between the designated airport, the official event hotel, and the event venue according to the official event schedule.
* Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own flights unless otherwise confirmed by the Company.
* Additional hotel nights, room upgrades, minibar, laundry, room service, personal expenses, and incidental charges are the participant's responsibility.
* Travel arrangements, accommodation details, transfer schedules, check-in procedures, and additional instructions will be communicated directly to qualified participants before the event.
* Benefits are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.

## 📜 General Ticket Terms & Conditions

* All ticket sales are final.
* Tickets are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
* Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes without prior written approval from the Company.
* The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who fails to comply with event policies or whose conduct may disrupt the event.
* The event schedule, speakers, entertainment, venue layout, seating arrangements, and program are subject to change without prior notice.
* Photography and video recording will take place during the event. By attending, participants consent to the use of their image, voice, and likeness in promotional and marketing materials without additional compensation.
* The organizer shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, force majeure events, governmental restrictions, natural disasters, travel disruptions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
* Participants are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, travel documentation, insurance, and complying with all applicable entry requirements.
* The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or modify event benefits where operationally necessary. Any material updates will be communicated through official Company channels.
