# Elite (C6) Role Achievement Bonus

## 🏆 Elite (C6) Leadership Achievement Reward

### Overview

The Elite (C6) Leadership Achievement Reward is a performance-based reward within the Connect ecosystem.

It is designed to recognize users who achieve the Elite (C6) Ambassador Role in accordance with the Connect Compensation Plan.

Each reward is granted upon verified qualification and may include either a physical reward or a monetary alternative, depending on the selected option.

## 🎁 Elite (C6) Reward

**Role:** Elite (C6)

**Reward Value:** $15,000 USD Equivalent

**Reward Options:**

* Rolex Watch\
  OR
* 50% USDC + 50% USC monetary alternative

## ✅ Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Elite (C6) Reward, users must:

* Hold an active Connect License.
* Achieve the Elite (C6) Role.
* Meet the Elite (C6) Role qualification requirements, including:
  * **900,000 VP** in qualified team volume.
  * A minimum of **3 Direct Lines**.
  * A maximum **VP Contribution Per Direct Line** of **315,000 VP (35%)**.
* Remain fully compliant with:
  * Connect policies.
  * Procedures.
  * Operational requirements.

## 🎁 Reward Options

Qualified participants may choose one of the following:

#### Physical Reward

* Rolex Watch
* Delivered during an official Connect event\
  or
* Collected from the Connect Dubai office

#### Monetary Alternative

* 50% USDC
* 50% USC

Total equivalent value:

* **$15,000 USD**

## ⚙️ Conditions

* Reward is granted once per qualified account
* Subject to internal verification and approval
* Any taxes, duties, registration, insurance, or ownership-related costs remain the responsibility of the recipient
* Rewards are non-transferable
* Reward selections cannot be changed once confirmed

## 🛡️ Performance & Compliance

This reward is performance-based and linked to:

* Ambassador Role qualification
* verified customer sales activity
* qualified organizational sales volume

This reward does not represent guaranteed income, investment returns, or passive profits.

Connect reserves the right to:

* review eligibility
* verify activity
* approve or deny rewards

in cases involving:

* irregular activity
* manipulation
* policy violations
* non-compliance

Any abuse or violation may result in reward disqualification.

## 🔄 Modifications

Connect reserves the right to:

* modify
* suspend
* replace
* terminate

this reward structure at any time in accordance with operational, legal, or compliance requirements.

## 📄 Acceptance

Participation in this reward structure implies acceptance of:

* these terms
* the Connect Compensation Plan
* applicable Connect policies and procedures
