# Executive (C9) Role Achievement Bonus

### Overview

The Executive (C9) Leadership Achievement Rewards are performance-based incentives within the Connect ecosystem.

These rewards recognize users who achieve specific Ambassador Roles, as defined in the Connect Compensation Plan.

Each reward is granted upon verified qualification and may include either a physical reward or a monetary equivalent, depending on the selected option.

## 🏢 Executive (C9) Reward

#### Reward

**Role:** Executive (C9)

**Reward Value:** $250,000 USD Equivalent

**Reward Options:**

* Apartment / Department worth $250,000 USD\
  OR
* 50% USC - 50% payout in crypto

## ✅ Eligibility

To qualify for the Executive (C9) Reward, users must:

* Hold an active Connect License.
* Achieve the Executive (C9) Role.
* Meet the Executive (C9) Role qualification requirements, including:
  * **15,000,000 VP** in qualified team volume.
  * A minimum of **3 Direct Lines**.
  * A maximum **VP Contribution Per Direct Line** of **6,750,000 VP (45%)**.
* Remain fully compliant with:
  * Connect policies.
  * Procedures.
  * Operational requirements.

## 🎁 Reward Options

Participants may choose one of the following:

#### Physical Reward

* Apartment / Department worth $250,000 USD
* Purchased or arranged by Connect based on the applicable reward structure

#### Monetary Alternative

* 50% USDC
* 50% USC

Total equivalent value:

* **$250,000 USD**

## ⚙️ Conditions

* Reward is granted once per qualified account upon verified qualification
* Subject to internal verification and approval
* Any taxes, registration, ownership, maintenance, insurance, or related costs are the responsibility of the recipient
* Rewards are non-transferable
* Reward selection cannot be changed once confirmed

## 🛡️ Performance & Compliance

This reward is performance-based and linked to:

* Ambassador Role qualification
* verified sales activity

This reward does not represent guaranteed income or returns.

Connect reserves the right to:

* review eligibility
* approve or deny rewards

in cases involving:

* irregular activity
* manipulation
* policy violations

Any abuse or non-compliance may result in reward disqualification.

## 🔄 Modifications

Connect reserves the right to:

* modify
* suspend
* terminate

this reward structure at any time, in alignment with operational, legal, or compliance requirements.

Participation in this reward structure implies acceptance of:

* these terms
* the Connect Compensation Plan
