# President (C10) Role Achievement Bonus

## Overview

The President (C10) Leadership Achievement Rewards are performance-based incentives within the Connect ecosystem.

These rewards recognize users who achieve specific Ambassador Roles, as defined in the Connect Compensation Plan.

Each reward is granted upon verified qualification and long-term leadership performance within the Connect ecosystem.

## 👑 President (C10) Reward

#### Reward

**Role:** President (C10)

**Reward Value:** Shares valued at approximately half a million USD within the applicable Connect shareholder structure.

## ✅ Eligibility

To qualify for the President (C10) Reward, users must:

* Hold an active Connect License.
* Achieve the President (C10) Role.
* Meet the President (C10) Role qualification requirements, including:
  * **25,000,000 VP** in qualified team volume.
  * A minimum of **3 Direct Lines**.
  * A maximum **VP Contribution Per Direct Line** of **11,250,000 VP (45%)**.
* Remain fully compliant with:
  * Connect policies.
  * Procedures.
  * Operational requirements.

## 🎁 Reward Structure

Qualified participants may receive:

* Shareholder status and shares valued at approximately half a million USD within the applicable Connect shareholder structure.

## ⚙️ Conditions

* Reward is granted only after verified repeated qualification
* Subject to internal verification, approval, and shareholder eligibility review
* Any legal, tax, regulatory, or ownership-related responsibilities remain the responsibility of the recipient
* Shareholder structures, allocations, and rights remain subject to applicable company policies and legal frameworks
* Reward is non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Connect

This reward is performance-based and linked to:

* Ambassador Role qualification
* verified sales activity
* long-term organizational growth

This reward does not represent guaranteed income, investment returns, or passive profits.

Connect reserves the right to:

* review eligibility
* verify qualification status
* approve or deny shareholder participation

in cases involving:

* irregular activity
* manipulation
* policy violations

Any abuse or non-compliance may result in reward disqualification.

## 🔄 Modifications

Connect reserves the right to:

* modify
* suspend
* terminate

this reward structure at any time, in alignment with operational, legal, or compliance requirements.

## 📄 Acceptance

Participation in this reward structure implies acceptance of:

* these terms
* the Connect Compensation Plan
* applicable Connect policies and procedures
