# Visionary (C5) Role Achievement Bonus

## 🏆 Visionary (C5) Leadership Achievement Reward

### Overview

The Visionary (C5) Leadership Achievement Reward is a performance-based reward within the Connect ecosystem.

It is designed to recognize users who achieve and maintain the Visionary (C5) Ambassador Role in accordance with the Connect Compensation Plan.

Eligible participants may receive a $500 USD reward upon qualification, followed by ongoing monthly rewards subject to continued qualification requirements.

## 🎁 Visionary (C5) Reward

## ✅ Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Visionary (C5) Reward, users must:

* Hold an active Connect License.
* Achieve the Visionary (C5) Role.
* Maintain the Visionary (C5) Role qualification requirements each month, including:
  * **250,000 VP** in qualified team volume.
  * A minimum of **4 Direct Lines**.
  * A maximum **VP Contribution Per Direct Line** of **62,500 VP (25%)**
* Continue maintaining the required monthly qualification requirements to remain eligible for ongoing monthly rewards.
* Remain fully compliant with:
  * Connect policies.
  * Procedures.
  * Operational requirements.

## 🎁 Reward Structure

Qualified participants receive:

* $500 USD upon verified qualification as Visionary (C5)
* $500 USD monthly reward, provided the participant:
  * maintains the Visionary (C5) role
  * maintains the required qualified monthly sales volume structure

## ⚙️ Conditions

* Rewards are subject to internal verification and approval
* Monthly rewards require ongoing qualification validation
* Participants must remain:
  * active
  * compliant
  * in good standing within the Connect ecosystem

Any irregular activity, abuse, manipulation, or policy violation may result in:

* reward suspension
* disqualification
* reward cancellation

This reward is performance-based and linked to:

* Ambassador Role qualification
* verified customer sales activity
* qualified monthly organizational volume

This reward does not represent guaranteed income, investment returns, or passive profits.

Connect reserves the right to:

* review eligibility
* verify activity
* approve or deny rewards\
  in accordance with operational, legal, and compliance requirements.

## 🔄 Modifications

Connect reserves the right to:

* modify
* suspend
* replace
* terminate

this reward structure at any time based on operational, legal, or compliance requirements.

## 📄 Acceptance

Participation in this reward structure implies acceptance of:

* these terms
* the Connect Compensation Plan
* applicable Connect policies and procedures
