### What is WIZZAN?

WIZZAN is a technology property offered through the TechSAFE ecosystem.

Each WIZZAN technology property is deployed into enterprise-grade infrastructure and operated under the POP-Tech (Proof of Property Technology) framework.

Clients own the technology property, while TechSAFE manages its deployment, operation, monitoring, and maintenance throughout the agreed operational term.

2. Complete the acquisition and accept the required digital agreements.
3. Complete KYC and compliance verification.
4. The technology property is deployed into enterprise-grade infrastructure.
5. POP-Tech operational utilization begins.
6. Operational results may begin after the initial stabilization period.
7. TechSAFE manages the technology property throughout the operational lifecycle.

## ⏳ Operational Lifecycle

The standard WIZZAN lifecycle includes:

* Acquisition and digital onboarding
* Compliance verification
* Infrastructure deployment
* Technology activation
* Approximately 60 months of POP-Tech operation
* End-of-term evaluation in accordance with the applicable agreement

## ✅ Compliance

Before activation, every WIZZAN technology property requires:

* Identity verification (KYC)
* Digital agreement acceptance
* Compliance screening
* Acceptance of the applicable TechSAFE agreements

Once a technology property has been activated and deployed into infrastructure, cancellation or withdrawal is not available in accordance with the applicable agreements.
