## 🏆 Global Pool Bonuses (Hybrid Activity Multiplier)

The Global Pool Bonuses are Connect’s way of rewarding top leaders (Ambassador C5–C8) with a share of **worldwide sales volume**. This means you benefit not only from your own team but also from the company’s overall growth.

## 🔹 How it works

* **7% of global sales volume** is allocated quarterly into 4 separate pools:
  * **Ambassador C5 → Pool 1 (1.5%)**
  * **Ambassador C6 → Pool 2 (1.5%)**
  * **Ambassador C7 → Pool 3 (2.0%)**
  * **Ambassador C8 → Pool 4 (2.0%)**
* Accessible via **either path** (Structured or Volume).
* Your payout depends on:
  * Your **team’s contribution** to sales that quarter.
  * **Multipliers** earned when your directs match your role.

## 🔹 Positive Breakaway Multipliers

Instead of losing out when your leaders grow, Connect rewards you even more:

* **Ambassador** **C5** → +1 extra share in Pool 1 when a direct matches your role.
* **Ambassador** **C6–C8** → +2 extra shares in *all pools you qualify for* when a direct matches your role.

👉 This means when your team grows stronger, your pool rewards multiply.

### 🔹 Real-life examples

* **Example A – Active C5**
  * Pool 1 = $300,000
  * You contribute $100,000 (10% of the pool)
  * Payout = 10% × $300,000 × 1 = **$30,000**
* **Example B – C5 With Breakaway**
  * Same as above, but one of your directs also reaches Ambassador C5
  * You gain +1 multiplier
  * Payout doubles to **$60,000**
* **Example C – Ambassador** **C7 Power Leader**
  * Pools 1–3 total = $700,000
  * You contribute 20% of the pool volume
  * Base payout = $140,000
  * 2 of your directs also reach Ambassador C7 → +2 multipliers
  * Final payout = $140,000 × 3 = **$420,000**
