## 🤝 Matching Bonus

The Matching Bonus rewards you for helping leaders in your team grow successfully. Instead of competing with them, you benefit when they achieve higher roles — even if they outrank you.

### 🔹 How it works

* Paid as a percentage of your **leaders’ Breakaway earnings**.
* Applies to **both direct and indirect leaders**.
* To qualify:
  * You must have **at least 2 active lines**.
  * The matched leader must also have **at least 2 lines**.
* **Progression by role:**
  * Ambassador C2 → 10%
  * Ambassador C3 → 15%
  * Ambassador C4 → 20%
  * Ambassador C5 → 20%
  * Ambassador C6 → 20%
  * Ambassador C7 → 30%
  * Ambassador C8 → 35%

### 🔹 Real-life example

* You are **Ambassador** **C4 (20% PDB)**.
* You personally enrolled **X**, who is also Ambassador C4 with at least 2 lines.
* X earns **$5,000 in Breakaway rewards** from their team.

Here’s what happens:

* X keeps their full $5,000.
* You earn **20% × $5,000 = $1,000** — paid on top by the system.

* Encourages you to **mentor and develop leaders**, rather than fear being “overtaken.”
* The more leaders you build, the more PDB rewards you can unlock.
* Your rewards grow alongside your team’s success — making it a system built on **support, not competition**.
