# Roles & Rewards (C0-C8)

#### Each leadership role comes with specific requirements and rewards. Roles are **permanent milestones** — once achieved, they are never lost.

💡 **Note:**\
Team sales volume used for role qualification is measured in **VP (Volume Points)**.\
Each product purchase generates **100% VP** toward role progression and **50% CP** used for commission calculations.

## 📌 What These Terms Mean

* **Dual-Path Breakaway %** → The % you earn on team sales compared to your downline’s role. You always keep the difference.
* **Matching Bonus** → A reward percentage on the Breakaway earnings of your personally sponsored leaders. Encourages mentorship.
* **Pool Access** → From C5 and above, leaders share in Connect’s global pool funds. Higher roles unlock more pools and larger share percentages.
* **CP (Commission Points)** → Points generated from **Wizzan and ONZA+ product purchases** used to calculate commissions such as Direct Bonus, Breakaway Bonus, Matching Bonus, and Global Pool Bonuses.
* **VP (Volume Points)** → Points generated from **Wizzan and ONZA+ product purchases** used to measure team sales volume and determine role qualification (C0–C8).
