## User States

Every person in Connect starts at **C0** and progresses as they take action. Your state defines whether you can access commissions.

| **Ambassador C0 (Default)**      | Anyone who signs up for free. Automatically receives a referral link (inactive until an external sale happens). | ❌ Not eligible                                     | Make a real external customer sale                         |
| **Customer**                     | A user who purchases a product or service for personal use. Gains access to purchased services.                 | ❌ Not eligible unless they generate external sales | Share referral link and bring a paying customer            |
| **Promoter**                     | A user/customer who shares Connect and generates tracked sales.                                                 | ❌ Not eligible until first external sale           | Generate one external customer sale                        |
| **Commission-Eligible Promoter** | A promoter who generates at least one external paying customer sale.                                            | ✅ Eligible for Direct Bonus immediately            | Progress into Leader roles (C1–C8) by meeting requirements |
