**⏱️ Grace Period Policy (Installment Plan)**

* A **10-day grace period** is provided after each installment due date
* Example:
  * 1st payment: **1 January 2026**
  * 2nd payment due: **1 February 2026**
  * Grace period until: **10 February 2026**
* If payment is made on **11 February or later**:
  * ❌ License is **automatically cancelled**
  * ❌ **No refund** is issued
  * :white\_check\_mark: A **new purchase** is required to regain access
