### Introduction

This Referral Rewards and Income Disclaimer forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions of Connect Software LTD.

### 1. Eligibility for Rewards

1.1 External Marketing Promoters (“EMPs”) may earn referral rewards and related benefits through the Platform under the terms of the Referral Rewards Program, and in accordance with the rules set by Connect Software LTD and its Product and Service Partners.\
\
1.2 To remain eligible, EMPs must consistently adhere to the EMP Program guidelines and all other applicable policies. Any breach may result in suspension or loss of eligibility.\
\
1.3 As EMPs promote services provided by external Product and Service Partners, compliance with the policies of those third parties is also required. Failure to do so may prevent the EMP from receiving rewards.

### 2. Distribution of Rewards

2.1 The method and timing of reward payouts may differ depending on the policies and systems of the relevant Product or Service Partner. Full details are available in the Referral Rewards Program.\

2.2 The EMP Program specifies the structure of rewards, recognition milestones, payment schedules, and any applicable fees.

### 3. Monitoring of Rewards

3.1 EMPs are able to review and track their rewards and activity status directly via the Platform. It is the EMP’s responsibility to confirm the accuracy of this information and promptly notify Connect Software LTD of any discrepancies.

### 4. Reward-Related Disputes

4.1 Any concerns or disputes regarding referral rewards should be submitted to Connect Software LTD’s customer support team without delay. Connect Software LTD will review such matters fairly and transparently to reach a resolution.

### 5. Modifications to the EMP Program

5.1 Connect Software LTD reserves the right to adjust or update the EMP Program at its sole discretion. Such changes may affect reward structures, milestones, payout methods, or associated fees, and will apply going forward.

### 6. Income Disclaimer

6.1 Participation in the EMP Program is a voluntary referral activity. The level of rewards earned depends entirely on the EMP’s personal effort, compliance with guidelines, and market circumstances.\
\
6.2 Outcomes vary widely. There are no guarantees of results or earnings.\
\
6.3 Connect Software LTD does not warrant or promise any particular amount of income, bonuses, or other benefits. The EMP Program is not designed to provide assured financial success.\
\
6.4 Many EMPs may only earn modest or supplemental income. Greater results generally require consistent dedication, time, and professional conduct.\
\
6.5 Actual performance depends on multiple factors, such as an EMP’s skills, level of activity, market conditions, and other circumstances beyond Connect Software LTD’s control.\
\
6.6 EMPs are not required to buy products or services in order to participate. Rewards are earned strictly from eligible referral activities.\
\
6.7 Any personal costs (e.g., advertising, travel, or promotional expenses) are the sole responsibility of the EMP. Connect Software LTD does not reimburse or cover such expenses.

### 7. Referral Assignment Policy and Commission Duration

#### Commission Duration

When a user registers on **Connect Software LTD** through a referral link, the Company guarantees the referring Sponsor a maximum period of ninety (90) days during which commissions may be earned from purchases, fees, or any other transactions made by the referred customer.

#### Calculation and Payment of Commissions

During the aforementioned ninety (90) day period, if the referred customer makes purchases or generates any type of transaction within the **Connect Software LTD** ecosystem, the original Sponsor shall be entitled to receive the corresponding commissions in accordance with the current compensation plan.

#### Reassignment of Customers

Upon the expiration of the ninety (90) day period, the Company reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to reassign the customer to a new Sponsor, Director, or Corporate Representative.\
Such reassignment may occur for various reasons, including but not limited to reputational considerations, a direct request from the customer, inactivity of the previous Sponsor, or corporate support requirements.\
In such cases, **Connect Software LTD** may designate a new Sponsor to ensure proper assistance, service continuity, and customer satisfaction.

#### Nature of the Referral System

The **Connect Software LTD** referral system is a referral marketing model, and shall not be construed as creating any employment, partnership, agency, or representative relationship between users and the Company.\
Sponsors are under no obligation to perform administrative, managerial, or customer-service duties.\
Accordingly, this legal structure is designed to protect both the Company and the customers, ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance with applicable commercial and consumer-protection regulations.
