This Risk Warning is part of the Terms & Conditions of Connect Software LTD and applies to all Users and External Marketing Promoters (EMPs). Its purpose is to outline the potential risks associated with the use of third-party products and services accessible through the Platform, as well as participation in the EMP Program.

### 1. Risks Related to Third-Party Services

Connect Software LTD does not own, manage, or control the products, platforms, or services provided by its Product Partners or Service Partners. Any concerns, disputes, or risks related to such services must be addressed directly with the relevant third party. Connect Software LTD bears no responsibility for their operations.

### 2. Availability of Products and Services

The availability of services and products offered by Product Partners and Service Partners is determined solely by those providers. Connect Software LTD cannot guarantee continuous access, quality, or availability of any third-party offerings.

### 3. Data Security and Privacy Risks

Sharing login details across multiple websites or platforms carries inherent risks. While Connect Software LTD implements security protections, unauthorized access may occur if third-party systems are compromised. Users are responsible for exercising caution when sharing credentials.

### 4. Risks from Third-Party Policies

Each Product or Service Partner operates under its own terms of service, privacy policies, and security standards. Users and EMPs are responsible for reviewing and complying with those policies before engaging with any third-party product or service.

**Connect Software LTD** does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice. Information presented on the Platform is not intended to be financial guidance or a recommendation. Users should seek professional advice before making any financial or business decisions.

### 6. Risks of Data Breach or Cybersecurity Incidents

Connect Software LTD cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from data loss, hacking, cyber-attacks, or other breaches of third-party systems. Users acknowledge that these risks exist when engaging with external platforms.

### 7. Risks of the EMP Program

Joining the EMP Program is optional. Connect Software LTD makes no promises or guarantees, either explicit or implied, regarding income or financial outcomes from referral activities. EMPs are encouraged to consult with independent legal, tax, or financial professionals before engaging in the Program.

### 8. Risks Related to Virtual Assets

Users and EMPs should be aware of the following:

* **High Volatility** – Virtual assets can fluctuate drastically in value and may result in substantial losses, including total loss.
* **Misleading Promotions** – Digital assets are sometimes marketed aggressively with incomplete or inaccurate claims. Social media posts or influencer promotions may be biased or misleading. EMPs who engage in such practices will have their accounts terminated.
* **Fraud and Scams** – Fake tokens and fraudulent schemes are common in the digital asset space.
* **Complexity** – Certain blockchain-based products are highly complex and may carry risks unsuitable for average consumers.
* **Lack of Regulation** – In many jurisdictions, virtual assets are not regulated, meaning consumer protections may be limited or nonexistent.
* **Market Manipulation and Liquidity Risks** – Prices may lack transparency and fair execution; assets may be difficult to sell.
* **Cybersecurity Threats** – Losses can occur through hacking, operational failures, or other security breaches.

### Final Note

By using the Connect Software LTD Platform or participating in the EMP Program, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks. If you are uncertain or uncomfortable with any of the risks outlined, you should refrain from participating.
