We facilitate the promotion of third-party products and services by enabling Users to participate in referral programs. * Connect Software LTD does not sell or directly distribute any products or services. * Connect Software LTD does not provide financial services such as trading, arbitrage, investment offerings, or currency exchange. About Connect Software LTD 1.1 Connect Software LTD operates referral marketing programs that allow Users to promote products and services of Product Partners and Service Partners.\ \ 1.2 Users may choose to participate in the External Marketing Promoters (EMP) Program, under which they may receive referral bonuses or other rewards in accordance with the Referral Rewards Program. EMPs act as independent promoters and must comply with the EMP Agreement.\ \ 1.3 Connect Software LTD provides marketing systems and referral frameworks only. All products and services are delivered directly by Product Partners or Service Partners.\ \ 1.4 Connect Software LTD is not a provider of virtual asset services and does not: * Hold or safeguard customer funds or digital assets * Conduct trading, staking, or arbitrage activities * Offer exchange between fiat and virtual currencies, or between digital assets * Provide custodial wallets or related services\ 1.5 Connect Software LTD’s role is limited to offering compliant referral structures and marketing content. *** ### 2. Terms and Supplementary Documents 2.1 These Terms, along with supplementary documents, form the full agreement between you and Connect Software LTD.\ \ 2.2 Supplementary documents include: * Privacy and Cookies Policy (applies to all Users) * Risk Warning (applies to all Users) * Tax Declaration Disclaimer (applies to all Users) * Referral Rewards and Income Disclaimer (applies to EMPs) * External Marketing Promoters Agreement (applies to EMPs) 2.3 Connect Software LTD may update or amend these Terms or supplementary documents at any time. Continued use of the Platform confirms your acceptance of the updated version. ### 3. Eligibility 3.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Platform. Legal entities must be properly established and authorized under applicable law.\ \ 3.2 Access may vary by jurisdiction. Connect Software LTD reserves the right to restrict or deny use of the Platform in certain regions.\ \ 3.3 Users must not be citizens or residents of countries under UK, EU, or international sanctions. Use of VPNs or false information to bypass restrictions is prohibited.\ \ 3.4 Access to third-party products and services depends on each partner’s own terms and eligibility rules. Users are responsible for ensuring their compliance. ### 4. Community Guidelines Connect Software LTD is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment. By using the Platform, Users agree to: * Treat others with courtesy and respect * Protect the privacy of fellow Users * Avoid misleading, deceptive, or unethical conduct * Share only lawful and authorized content * Use marketing materials only as approved by Connect Software LTD or its partners * Refrain from harassment, abuse, or defamatory activity Connect Software LTD may suspend or remove Users who violate these standards. ### 5. Account Registration 5.1 Users must complete the registration process to create an account on the Platform.\ \ 5.2 Registration requires a referral link. The individual who provides that link, if participating as an EMP, may receive referral bonuses from eligible activity.\ \ 5.3 Users may be required to verify their identity (KYC) for compliance purposes.\ \ 5.4 Accounts are personal and cannot be registered or operated on behalf of another party.\ \ 5.5 Connect Software LTD may suspend or terminate accounts where Users provide false details or attempt to bypass jurisdictional restrictions. ### 6. Product Partners and Service Partners 6.1 All products and services accessible via the Platform are provided directly by our Product Partners and Service Partners.\ \ 6.2 Connect Software LTD does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or availability of third-party services.\ \ 6.3 Links to third-party websites do not imply endorsement or partnership. Users are responsible for reviewing those platforms’ terms and policies. ### 7. Intellectual Property 7.1 Unless otherwise specified, all Connect Software LTD content, logos, trademarks, and materials remain the exclusive property of Connect Software LTD.\ \ 7.2 Users may not copy, alter, or distribute Connect Software LTD intellectual property without prior written consent.\ \ 7.3 Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and possible legal action. ### 8. Modifications Connect Software LTD may change, limit, or discontinue any part of the Platform or Services at any time, without prior notice. ### 11. Termination 11.1 Users may terminate their participation at any time by notifying Connect Software LTD in writing.\ \ 11.2 Connect Software LTD may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, including for breaches of these Terms, changes in business strategy, or compliance requirements.\ \ 11.3 Upon termination, Users must cease all activities related to the Platform and stop using Connect Software LTD intellectual property. Rewards earned up to termination may be retained if compliant. ### 12. Force Majeure Connect Software LTD is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, regulatory changes, strikes, cyber-attacks, or technical outages. ### 13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands (BVI).\ \ 13.2 Courts of the British Virgin Islands shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
