## User Type:&#x20;

👉 Every user gets a referral link automatically. Roles **upgrade dynamically** based on activity.\
⚠️ Note: No personal purchase is ever required. State changes are triggered by **customer sales activity only**.

## How to Reset My Password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:

1. Click **“Forgot Password”** on the login page.
2. Enter your **registered email address**.
3. Verify the **captcha**.
4. Click **“Submit Password Reset Link.”**
5. Check your email for a reset link from **Connect**.
6. Click the link, enter your new password, and confirm.

✅ Your password is now successfully updated.

## How to Change My Email Address?

**Connect:**

* Send a request to **<support@connect.ac>**
* Send us an email from your existing registered account requesting the change to your new email address, and attach the documents you previously submitted for KYC verification.
* The Connect Support Team will process your request and confirm the update.

## How to Change My Date of Birth (DOB)?

For compliance reasons, your Date of Birth cannot be changed in Connect. It is recorded and permanently verified during your KYC process.

## &#x20;How to Change My Name?

You can update your Name by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your **Connect Back Office**.
2. Click on your **profile name** (top-right corner).
3. Go to **Personal Information → Edit**.
4. Click **Save** to confirm your changes.
