## How to Deposit in Connect?

Please follow the steps below to deposit your funds:

1. **Log In**
   * Log in to your [**Connect Back Office**](https://bo.connect.ac/auth/login)
2. **Go to E-Wallet**
   * Navigate to the **E-Wallet** section.
3. **Select USC**
   * Click on **USC**
4. **Buy USC**
   * Select **Buy USC** 
5. **Choose Token**
   * Pick your token: 
     * **USDC – BSC (Binance Smart Chain)**
     * **USDC – Ethereum**
     * **USDC – Polygon (MATIC)**
     * **USDT – BSC (Binance Smart Chain)**
     * **USDT – Ethereum**
6. **Get Wallet Address**
   * Scan the **QR code** or copy the wallet address provided.
7. **Send Funds**
   * Paste the wallet address into your **third-party wallet** and send your funds.
8. **Complete Transaction**
   * Confirm the payment in your third-party wallet.

⚠️ **Important Notes**

A deposit processing fee of 2.5% will be applied. Please also note that your exchange (e.g., Binance) may charge a separate withdrawal fee when sending funds — make sure to include this so your net deposit meets the correct amount. 

* A minimum of $20 is required for the deposit. Any amount less than this will not be credited.
* If another token (e.g., BUSD) is sent, or if the wrong network is used, the deposit will not be credited.

## **How to Withdraw Funds from Your Connect Backoffice**

Withdrawing funds from your account is straightforward. Follow these detailed steps:

1. **Prepare Your Third-Party Wallet**:
   * Open your third-party wallet and copy the deposit wallet address for the **ERC-20 USDT and USDC on the Ethereum network**
2. **Access Your BackOffice**:
   * Log in to your [BackOffice](https://bo.connect.ac/auth/login)
   * Navigate to the **“Payout”** section 
3. **Add Withdrawal Wallet:**
   * Click on **Request Withdrawal**
   * Select your token from the **Ethereum network: USDT or USDC (ERC-20)**
   * Paste your deposit wallet address into the required field.
   * Enter your authentication code
4. **Enter Withdrawal Details:**

* Enter the withdrawal amount
* Enter your authentication code (security verification)

5. **Complete the Process**:

* Click on **“Submit”** to confirm and finalize the transaction.

**Important Notes**: \
\- Only **USC Withdrawal** funds can be withdrawn \
\- Ensure the wallet address corresponds to the ERC-20 network to avoid errors or loss of funds \
\- A minimum of $50 can be withdrawn.\
\- When withdrawing from Connect, a fee of 4% will be charged regardless of the amount. Please be aware of these fees before initiating a withdrawal. As a result, the amount of USDT received in your wallet will be less than the amount you initiated for withdrawal.
