## 🛒 How to Place an Order in Connect

Placing an order in CONNECT is simple. **Here’s** how it works step by step:

#### 1. Log in

* Go to your **Connect Back Office**.
* Make sure your account is active and ready for transactions.

#### 2. Access the Connect Marketplace

* From the main menu, click on **Marketplace**

#### 3. Choose a Product or Service

Within the Marketplace, you can browse and activate available ecosystem products, such as:

* Select your license or service.
* Add to cart.

#### 4. Complete Your Purchase

* Review your cart and confirm your payment.
* Payment options:

  * **USC balance** (from your Connect Wallet).
  * **Crypto Payment**

## 💳 Payment Methods

CONNECT offers structured payment options depending on the product selected. Payment availability is clearly displayed at checkout.

### 🔹 1. Crypto-Only Payments

Certain products require **100% crypto payment** (e.g., Founder Genesis Pack, Aventus).

Supported tokens and networks are shown during checkout.

### 🔹 2. USC Balance Payments

CONNECT Core License require payment using **USC balance only**.

### 🔹 3. Hybrid Payments (80/20 Model)

Some ecosystem products operate under a combined crypto + internal balance structure (see below).

#### ⚖️ 80/20 Payment Model

Certain CONNECT packages follow the **80/20 structure.**

#### 🔹 How It Works

* **80%** of the product price must be paid in **USDC (crypto)**
* **20%** must be paid using:
  * USC balance
  * USC Voucher
  * HMF Promo

#### 🔹 Example

If a package costs **$1,000**:

* $800 → Paid in USDC
* $200 → Paid using USC / Voucher / Promo

## 🧾 Order Processing Rules

To ensure smooth processing, the following rules apply to all purchases:

#### 🔹 Payment Accuracy

* Only supported tokens and networks must be used
* Incorrect token or network may result in non-credit

#### 🔹 Processing Time

* Orders are processed after blockchain confirmation
* Status changes from **Pending → Completed** once confirmed

#### 🔹 Deposit & Network Fees

* A deposit processing fee (where applicable) may apply
* External wallets or exchanges may charge separate network fees

#### 🔹 Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

* Selecting the correct token and network
* Sending the correct payment amount
* Covering blockchain/network fees
